How do I change the class/group I am assessing?
If you are responsible for the assessment of pupils from two classes or a specific group/set separate from your own class there are two simple ways that you can select which group you are going to assess.
Once you have logged onto the system you can select the group/set you wish to assess by clicking on the name of the group within the
Classes and Groups section on the right hand side of the webpage:
If you assess the group on a specific strand you will be taken to that strand for the group/set selected so that you can choose which sub-strand/statement you wish to assess:
If you are responsible for the assessment of multiple strands for more than one group, for example you assess two classes, browse to the subject/strand you wish to assess via the Strands section of your AdKlass Home page.
When you assess the selected subject/strand for more than one class/group all classes and groups will appear above the strand list (highlighted by a green rectangle below):
The currently selected group, WIL1, is highlighted in blue. To assess one of the alternative groups or classes click on the appropriate grey button, e.g. WIL2:
The alternate group/class, WIL2, will be highlighted in blue to show that is the group/class now being assessed:
Now you can select the sub-strand you wish to assess the class WIL2 on. You can switch between groups at any time using these links.
