How do I download a report?
Reports can be downloaded to the default Printer or to the PC as either a Word RTF file (that can be edited) or a PDF file.
Access a pupil’s report by clicking on their name whenever it is listed as a link (in blue), such as when grading a statement or when viewing the pupils list seen when you click on the Pupils button:
For our example we will select to view Abigail Airey:
A preview of the report will now be displayed. This will show you all
the statements and comments written to date for Thomas:
At the bottom of the report preview page there are buttons that will perform several actions and are described as follows:
- Print Draft – This will show the preview of the report on a webpage in a printer friendly format so that the webpage can then be printed.
- Download to edit – This will download the report as an RTF file for editing in Word or other word processors.
- Download as PDF – This will download the report as a PDF file.
- Ready to print – Once the report is finalised this generate your reports, and saves the report in a location for the administration staff to access for printing.
- Pupils Details – View personal information on the pupil such as date of birth and parental contact details.
- Tracking Sheet – View the tracking sheet for the pupil showing their termly assessment grades throughout their school career.
It is also possible to download all the reports for a class or group simultaneously.
Click on the Pupils button:
Scroll to the bottom of the pupils list.
Select either of the following buttons:
- Download reports to edit – To download a ZIP file, containing all the class or group reports as RTF files for editing in word or other word processors.
- Download reports as PDF – To download a ZIP file, containing all the class or group reports as PDF files.
- Ready to print reports – To download a ZIP file, containing all the class or group’s finalised reports as PDF files, these reports are then saved in a location for the administration staff to access for printing.
